摘要 近年来全氟碳化合物(Perfluorochemicals,PFC)的基础研究和临床应用均取得了可观进展。PFC携氧能力有显著提高,在某些方面甚至优于血红蛋白。PFC的生物代谢研究已进入细胞水平,对于PFC物理性能与生物性能之间的相关作用有深入的了解。并发现由于网状内皮细胞吞噬PFC的作用而加速了PFC的排泄。PFC所致的巨噬细胞募集则产生抑制感染的效果。目前基于这一免疫学现像正在做以PFC作为造影剂和特异性药物载体的试验。PFC并有免疫增强荊的作用。大量活体试验中未发现严重急性毒性反应。PFC的适用范围包括脑、心脏及其它器官的缺血治疗,离体器官灌流,影象诊断的造影剂和肿瘤化疗与放疗的辅助治疗。 Great achievemeut on the fundamental research and clinical application of PFC were succeeded in recent years, as follows: The capability of PFC with oxygen-carriage was increased significantly and its characteristics in some aspects were better than hemoglobin. The cellular level of the study on biometabolism and the interaction of the physical and biological effects of PFC were profoundly understood. The excretion of PFC was accelerated by the phagocytosis of reticuloendothelium system and the suppressive effect on infection associated with macrophage recruitment by PFC were found. The immune system could be enhanced by PFC. Based on the above facts the experiments of contrast medium and specific drug carrier with PFC were studied. Acute and serious toxic side effects were not found in massive tests in vivo.The indications of application with PFC were extensive, including the treatment of ischemia of brain, heart and other organs, perfusion of iaolated organs, the contrast medium in image diagnosis and adjunct of chemotherapy and radiotherapy of malignancies.
