含铜IUD对家兔子宫微循环的影响

摘要 宫腔内放置宫内节育器后,可导致子宫内膜的微循环血量明显增加。正常子宫内膜的毛细血管网较为稀疏松散,随内膜皱襞的凹凸而起伏,并环绕内膜腺口形成不规则的圆环。当宫腔内放置宫内节育器8~10月后,在环区毛细血管大量增殖,管径变粗;在环压区,毛细血管明显增多且不规则地簇拥在一起,血管径增粗但不均匀,酷似串珠。多数腺管口周围的血管管径增粗,密聚形成球状毛细血管丛。血管的终端膨隆呈小球状,构成毛细血管小球,受挤压严重的血管则变细、萎缩,甚至出现断裂,此后出现沿IUD走行方向的新生毛细血管。 The insertion of IUD in the uterine cavity could result in obvious increase of endometrial microcirculation blood volume. The endometrial capillary configuration is a scattered, loose and irregular capillary network. Eight~ten months after the insertion of IUD in uterine cavity, remarkable hyperplasia of the capillary and enlargment of the vessel diameter were observed in IUD area. In the IUD depressed area, the capillaries had increased obviously and escorted together irregularly with various vessel diameters in the form of bead strings. The diameter of vessel around most glandular openings enlarged, and the capillary clustered together and formed spherical capillary plexus. The end of the vessel dilated like small spheres to form microvascular balls. The more seriously depressed capillary became thinner, atrophied and even cracked. Then the newborn capillary trending along the IUD appeared.
