精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸LPO与SOD含量及ACE活力的变化 被引量:15

摘要 成熟雄性Wistar大鼠48只,随机分为精索静脉曲张组(VG)和假手术组(SOG),观察3个月。实验结果表明,左睾重量VG明显低于SOG(P<0.05)。VG双侧睾丸血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)活力显著低于SOG(P<0.001)。相关检验显示睾丸重量与ACE活性呈正相关(r=0.464,P<0.005)。VG左睾脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著高于SOG(P<0.001),LPO含量和睾丸ACE活力呈负相关关系(r=-0.477,P<0.005)。睾丸超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。 The study comprised 48 adult rats which were divided into 2 groups randomly: varicocele group (VG) and sham operation group (SOG). The weight, the activity of angiotensin I-converting enzyme(ACE), the contents of lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the testes were observed at the 3rd postoperative month in both groups. It was found that the left testicular weight in VG was far lower than that in SOG(P< 0.05). Bilateral testicular ACE activity in VG was significantly decreased (P<0.001) when compared with SOG. Correlation analysis showed that the testicular weight positively correlated with ACE activity (r = 0.464, P<0.005). The left testicular LPO contents of VG was signigicantly higher than that of SOG (P<0.001). The contents of testicular LPO negatively correlated with the testicular ACE activity (r= -0.477, P< 0.005). The levels of testicular SOD between the 2 groups were statistically not significantly different(P>0.05). Results indicate that testicular function is damaged to some degree (i.e. the decreased testicular weight and ACE activity) by experimentally produced varicocele in adult rats. The increased oxygen free radicals may be one of the mechanisms which bring about the interference of testicular function.
