本文对多肽和核酸(DNA)的二维NMR谱学作了一个初步介绍。主要讨论了与多肽和核酸分子结构的特性相对应的二维NMR谱的一般特征,以及应用二维NMR技术研究溶液中多肽和核酸构象的总体方案。
An attempt has been made in this paper to introduce briefly the two-dimensional NMR spec troscopy of peptides and DNA. The discussion has been focused mainly on the general character of the spectra which corresponds to the conformations of peptides and the general strategy for determining the solution conformation of a peptide and DNA by two-dimensional NMR techniques.
