本文认为西藏传统养生体育不仅理论独特 ,而且具有竞技运动和生命的整体优化观的特点 ,西藏传统养生体育在思想、精神、意识以及维护人体健康。
The Tibetan traditional physical exercises to keep good health has not only peculiar theories but influence on body,athletics and lives'improvement.It has outstanding body—building meanings in both thought,spirit and consciousness,and defending health and improving physical condition as well.
