摘要
本文根据藏文字的构成特点 ,以《信息交换用藏文编码字符集》国际、国家标准为基础 ,提出藏文Windows平台的实现方案 ,并解决其中的技术难题 。
Based on “Tibetan Coded Charaters Set for Information ge Intechan”,the article puts forward to the design theory of Tibetan Platform for Windows according to the formation of Tibetan,and the resolution to some technical questions to acquire good effects of information ge interchansystem.
