我校图书馆肩岁着情报和教育两大职能 ,为教学和科研服务 ,但受经费限制 ,却面临诸多困难 ,本文拟提出相关对策。
Burdened with the two functions of teaching and information,the library serves education and scientific research,The article will put forward to some measures to ouercome the difficulties which library faces with,such as the Shortage of funds.
