摘要
报道了激光驾束制导 1.0 6 μm激光源的实验研究结果。通过对三镜折叠腔进行传输矩阵分析和数值计算 ,筛选出一组能实现低阀值、高功率、稳定性好的优化腔参数。当泵浦功率为 2 4W时 ,获得了TEM0 0 模振荡的 6W输出功率 ,其光—光转换效率为 2 5%。
The experimental results of 1.06μm laser based on Nd:YVO 4 are reported. After the matrix analysis of three mirror resonator, a set of optimized resonator structure parameters are got and the stable TM 00 output of 6W is achieved from the laser with the pumping power of 24W. The conversion efficiency of the system is 25%. Basically, the system meets the requirements of laser director of beam guidance.
