摘要
文章以教学的一般规律为据 ,结合作者在民办学校的教学中进行的近六年的跟踪调查和深入考察 ,就民办学校的教学质量与生源市场、课程设置与培养目标、教材内容与学生实际、面向全体与因材施教、教法改革与学法指导、主导作用与主体作用、智力因素与非智力因素、知识传授与能力训练、课内知识与课外知识、课堂教学与课外辅导等十个方面的关系作了初步探讨 ,寻找既合乎市场经济规律 ,又符合教育规律的最佳结合点 ,以期为民办学校总结行之有效的教学原则 。
This article is based on the general rule of teaching,and results from six year’s research in the Civilian run school.During the six years,I’ve done much research work in many areas,such as the relationship between teaching quality and students resourses,curriculum and teaching aims,texts and students,overall attendence and individualized instruction,the reforming of teaching and instruction of learrning,the effect of subject and object,the element of intelligence and non intelligence,the knowledge instruction and the competence training,the knowledge in and out of the classroom,the classroom teaching and the after class coach,etc.The purpose of what I have done is to seek for a kind of teaching principal which is fit for the rule of the economic market and might be the best way for the education.
