摘要
目前学校对体育课程的改革和探索进行得如火如荼 ,但对学校课余体育竞赛的研究很少。文章从开展课余体育竞赛的意义和存在的问题出发 。
Though enough attention has been paid to the reform of PE in our university,few researches have been made about extracurricular sports competitions.Based on the importance and some existing problems in carring out extracurrilar sports competition,the essay puts forward some measures for reforming it.
