Teachers Should Encourage Students to Take an Active Part in Teaching Activities

学生是学习的主人 ,成功的教学活动必须有学生的积极参与。启发大学生积极参与教学活动 ,教师应首先转变教育观念 ,要对学生晓之以理 ,运用各种措施激励 ,并采取灵活多样的科学的教学方法与手段 ,使学生积极参与到教学活动中来 ,这对提高教学实效性及大学生的综合素质是非常必要的。

Because students are the masters of studing courses,successful teaching activities must depend on students energetic participation,therefore,teachers should stimulate students energetic participation in teaching activities.First of all the teacher should change education conception,need explain the theory to the students clearly;second,the teacher should have a diversity of teaching methods and means,so that the students can take an active part in teaching activities.All this is necessary for students to enhance their comprehensive quality.
