摘要
利用化学和电化学方法在铝表面形成高阻化学转化膜 ,对其有关性能进行了测试 ,结果表明该膜层绝缘电阻高 ,耐击穿电压性能良好 ,可用作金属绝缘复铜线路板基底材料。
A high electrical resistance reforming film can be made on the surface of an aluminum by combination of chemical and electrochemical methods. The physical and electrical property testing shows that such film has a high electrical insulating resistance and excellent electrical puncture voltage, and can be used as substrate materials for insulating plate.
