摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定儿童头发中的微量元素Zn、Fe ;用分光光度法测定Pb ,并将市区、农村等地的儿童头发中的Zn、Fe、Pb元素的含量进行比较 ,探讨营养、环境污染等诸多因素对儿童身体。
In this paper,Zinc and Iron in children's hair are determined by means of Atomic Absorption Spectrometry;lead in Children's hair is determined by means of Spectrophotometry.The levels of Zinc,Iron and Lead in the hair of children of city and countryside are compared,and the influence of nutrition and environmental pollution children's body and intelligence is discussed.
