摘要
针对寿险营销几个重要环节中代理人所能起的作用进行了分析 ,提出寿险公司应当意识到有效的提升这种作用 ,将能更好的改善公司的经营状况 ,加强其目标市场地位 。
The paper analyzes the agents' functions in some marketing links of life insurance,and proposes that every life insurance company should realize that the efficient promotion of the agents' functions will improve the company's marketing conditions,consolidate and strengthen its target market status,and promote its steady development in the long run.
