摘要
为了提高TiC粉体的分散性 ,首先对粉体表面进行处理 ,测定了粉体的zeta电位。根据粉体的表面性质 ,选用阳离子型聚合物作为分散剂 ,研究了pH值、分散剂含量等对zeta电位及浆料分散性的影响。采用PVA为粘结剂 ,甘油为塑性剂 ,流变测试发现 ,浆料为触变性流体 ,呈现明显的剪切变稀 ,适合于流延成型。最后 ,制备出了碳化钛流延膜 。
The homemade TiC powders(D 50 =0.6μm,BET=14.55m 2/g)are used in this paper.The TiC powders are pre-treated to improve the disperserbility of them in water.According the surface properties of TiC powders as well as the zeta potential date,a cationic polymer PEI is selected as dispersant.The influence of pH and content of dispersant on the zeta potential and dispersion of TiC slurries are characterized.PVA is selected as binder and glycerol as plasticizer.Rheological measurements show that the slurries exhibit thixotropy behavior,which is suitable for tape casting.Finally,the TiC green sheets are prepared and characterized by SEM.
