摘要
正确选择与合理设计冲模送进条 (带 )料及半成品的定位机构与装置是提高冲压精度和材料利用率的关键环节。根据定位机构与装置的不同类型及其技术性能 ,提出了选用条件 ,推荐不同结构类型冲模采用的合理送料定位机构及装置。
The key of improving punching accuracy and utilization ratio of material will be proper selection and design of positioning system and devices of feeding of punching die. Conditions of application have been put forward with recommended mechanics and devices proper for positioning of feeding of different types of punching die based on varieties of type and technical performance of positioning.
