摘要
分析了铝合金厚壁支架的弯曲工艺 ,计算了弯曲件的展开长度、落料力及弯曲力 ,阐述了弯曲件的回弹因素 ,介绍了铝合金厚壁支架弯曲模具的结构设计。
The bending technology of the aluminium alloy thick wall support has been analysed, the unfolding length of bends,blanding force,bending force have been calculated and factors of springing back of bends expounded. The structure design of bending die for such support has been introduced.
