摘要
介绍了汽车轮毂侧孔成形新方法的工作原理、模具结构及典型零件设计。该成形方法较传统的生产工艺有效率高、精度高等优点 ,并大大提高了零件动平衡能力 ,稳定了产品合格率。
The work principle, die structure and typical part design of the new forming method of lateral holes on automobile hub have been introduced. This new method has higher efficiency and precision than the traditional technology with stability of eligibility of product and has improved the dynamic balance ability and quality of automobile hub significantly.
