摘要
对以苹果为原料生产干型苹果酒的酿造工艺进行了研究 ,确定了干型苹果酒的生产工艺和相关参数 。
The production technology of dry cider was studied in this paper. The production technlogy and technical data were decided. The effective way of deepening process for the apple was provided.
