以硅溶胶和丙烯酸乳液为主要成膜物质 ,配制成有机无机复合型建筑涂料。通过正交试验和优选法筛选出较合适的涂料配方 ,使涂膜具有较好的硬度、耐水洗、耐化学等性能。该涂料不污染环境 ,成本适中 。

Organic and inorganic compound structural coating for wall can be formulated by using binders which consist of silica sol and acrylic acid latex solution. By orthogonal experiment and optimization, we obtained relatively favorable formulation which has better hardness, wash resistant and chemical resistance. This coating doesn't pollute the environment and its costs are miderate. Therefore , it stands for the trend of the development of structural inner wall coating.
