摘要
对辊切饼干机在成型和辊切中的面带入辊、饼干坯脱模进行了力学分析。推导出面带入辊。
The dough drawing the biscuit shaping and separating from patterns in roller cutting biscuit machine were analysed.The mechanical requirement for dough entering and biscuit separating from patterns were deduced.
