Exeutive stock option is popular in the West as a way of stimulating remuneration. In recent years, some state-owned enterprises borrowed this method with a view to settling the inefficiency of stimulation. Because of the restraint of the political system and market condition, It's impractical to carry out remuneration stimulation in stateowned limited enterprises.
