Through a successful instance of using DCS in Hunan rice manufacture center,the paper introduced the DCS's construction,characteristics and some prblems which must be paid attention to in the process of application.Because the system is flexibile,relianle and easy to develop in inherence,it will be applied in the food indstry widely.
