在资本市场实证研究中形成了许多相对立的悖论,这些悖论尽管具体内容不同,但一个共同点是都涉及管理当局、投资者以及政府在资本市场上具体的行为特征,同时也反映出资本市场深刻的本质特征。
In the positive study of capital market, there arise quite a few contradictory paradoxes. Though different in contents, they have a common characteristic, which includes the administrative authority, investors and the properties of the government' s concrete behaviors in capital market. They also reflect the natural properties underlying the capital market.
