高岭土表面偶联改性及其对UPR性能的影响

摘要 介绍了用A - 15 1与钛酸酯偶联剂处理高岭土的方法 ,研究了处理剂的用量与偶联高岭土的加入量对UPR(不饱和聚酯树脂 )的拉伸强度和模量、弯曲强度和模量以及冲击强度的影响。试验结果表明 :经A - 15 1与钛酸酯处理的高岭土填充UPR的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及冲击强度都有不同程度的提高。在A - 15 1处理浓度为 1% ,钛酸酯用量为 0 .8% ,偶联高岭土的填充量为 30 %时 ,UPR的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及冲击强度分别由4 4 .38MPa ,  72 .6 6MPa ,  9.6 8kJ/m2 提高到 5 6 .34MPa ,  98.31MPa ,  13.2 5kJ/m2 与 4 9.96MPa ,  89.6 5MPa ,  14 .5 6kJ/m2 ,增强效果明显。 The process method of kaolin was introduced using A-151 and ester titanate coupling agent. Effect of dosage of A-151 and ester titanate coupling agent on stretch strength and modulus, bending strength and modulus , impact strength of UPR was investigated. Experiment showed that stretch strength, bending strength and impact strength of UPR were increased which was filled by treated kaolin. At A-151 1%, ester titanate 0.8,filled amount of coupling kaolin 30%, stretch strength, bending modulus and impact strength of UPR were increased from 44.38 MPa,72.66 MPa,9.68 KJ/m 2 to 56.34 MPa,98.31 MPa,13.25 kJ/m 2 and 49.96 MPa,89.65 MPa,14.56 kJ/m 2.Coupling kaolin had obvious effectiveness for filling UPR.
