摘要
硫酸钛经 4 5 0℃焙烧制得一种新型固体酸 ,其表面存在Bronsted酸性中心。考察了该催化剂在硬脂酸丁酯合成反应中的催化性能 ,对影响酯化的条件进行了优化 ,优化条件如下 :硬脂酸 0 1mol,丁醇 0 2mol,催化剂用量 2 8% (基于硬脂酸的质量百分比 ) ,反应温度 14 0℃ ,反应时间 6 0min。优化条件下 ,硬脂酸丁酯的产率97%以上。催化剂可重复使用多次。
A new solid acid catalyst was prepared by baking of titanium sulphate at 450℃ .The catalyst had Bronsted acid centers on the surface.It had good activity in esterification between stearic acid and butanol.The optimum condition was as follows:stearic acid 0.1mol,butanol 0.2mol,the amount of catalyst 2.8%upon the mass of stearic acid,reaction temperature 140℃,time 60min.In the optimal condition,the yield of butyl stearate was over 97%.And the catalyst could be used for many times.
