摘要
对重垢无磷液体洗涤剂的主要成分进行复配考察 ,通过正交实验得到了一种洗涤效果好的配方为 :LAS15 % ,AES14 % ,柠檬酸钠 12 % ,其它试剂适量 ,该产品生产工艺简单 ,设备投资少 ,可适用于中小企业生产 ,该产品无磷 ,属绿色产品 ,开发该产品应成为我国今后洗涤用品结构中的主导方向。
By means of many compounding and observing main composition of heavy-dirty without phosphorus liquid-detergent,we use orthogonal design method experiment to get the better prescription with better washing.Its ingredients are LAS15%,AES14%,sodium citric acid 12% and the others are suitable.As a kind of green product without phosphorus,its technology of production is simple with a few investments of equipments.It is especially suitable for middle and small enterprises.To develop the new product should become the direction of washing product structure in China.
