摘要
铰孔是孔的精加工手法之一。在某些因素的影响下 ,当工件中心与铰中心位置有偏差时 ,会出现孔径扩大的铰孔缺陷。为了有效地消除位置偏差对铰孔的影响。基于浮动镗的原理 ,设计了一种在普通车床上铰孔的装置。该装置能自动补偿轴线的误差 ,从而保证了孔的尺寸精度和表面粗糙度。
Reaming is one of the finish machining methods of hole.Affected by some certain factors,it will appear flaws that hole enlarges when the centre of workpiece deviated from the centre of reaming.For effectively eliminate the effects of deviation on reaming,based on floating boring,a device for an ordinary lathe reaming can be designed. This device can autormatically compensate errors,so it meets the accuricy in size and roughness on the surface.
