摘要
通过阐述科学定岗、优化群体结构、完善教师职务聘任制、制定选拔学科带头人和中青年骨干教师办法、建立人才引进与流动机制等方面的具体措施,说明持续有效的激励机制是高校师资队伍建设的保障.
Through expounding the following measures, i.e., deciding posts scientifically, optimizing the group structure, improving the teacher post appointment mechanism, formulating the method of saluting specialists and the young and middle-aged back bones in the teaching of some courses of study, and establishing the personnel introducing and flowing mechanism, this paper states the continual and effective encouraging mechanism is the guarantee of the teacher team building in colleges and universities.
