摘要
河台金矿在竖井提升中采用了钢木复合罐道,罐道梁层间距4m.钢木复合罐道是木罐道和钢罐道两种罐道形式的紧密结合,属刚性罐道,既具有钢罐道的强度、刚度,又具有木罐道便于制动的优点.钢木复合罐道的安装,主要是罐道与罐道及罐道与罐道梁的联接.其计算抗剪切强度为65.7MPa,低于钢材设计的抗剪切强度200MPa.空罐断绳试验制动距离133mm,符合安全要求.钢木复合罐道的安装、使用、维修等方面优于木罐道,安装精度要求不高.
A composite steel-wooden cage guide is employed for the vertical shaft hoisting at Hetai Gold Mine. With a distance of 4m between the guide beams, the composite steel-wooden cage guide is a combination of wooden cage guide and steel cage guide, thus belonging to a rigid cage guide. It has the strength and rigidity of a steel cage guide, and the easy braking merit of a wooden one. The installation of the composite steel-wooden cage guide includes the connection of the cage guide to cage guide, as well as that of the cage guide to the guide beam. The calculated shear strength of the guide is 65. 7 MPa, much lower than the designed one of 200 MPa. The braking distance of wire-breaking test with empty cage is 133 mm, in accord with the safety requirement. The installation, operation and maintenance of the composite steel-wooden cage guide are shown to be superior to the wooden one.
