摘要
2001年湘钢1号高炉为了降低焦比,采取提高熟料比、降低入炉原燃料含粉率、加强原燃料的日常筛分管理等措施;利用焦丁回收系统对小块焦进行回收入炉,采取大料批结合往复式多环布料,使煤气利用大幅度提高;采取高顶压、高压差、大风量、缩小风口直径、提高风速和鼓风动能等措施进一步强化冶炼;通过提高风温和改善喷吹条件提高煤比,以及强化操作管理维持炉况长周期稳定顺行,使焦比从1999年的490kg/t降至 2000年的440kg/t、2001年的403kg/t.
A number of measures were taken in 2001to lower the coke rate of No. 1 BF at Xiangtang Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. , including increasing the agglomeration rate and decreasing the powder content in the raw fuel by strengthening daily screening of it. In addition, the coke nuts were recovered and used by a recycling system. The gas utilization was considerably improved by employing large charge batch in a reciprocating multi-ring type charge distribution. The smelting process was strengthened by using high top pressure, high pressure drop, large blowing rate, reduced tuyere section and enhanced blasting velocity. The coal ratio in fuel was increased by raising the air temperature and improving the injecting procedure. And, a long-run smooth operation of the BF waas ensured by strengthening the operational management. As a result of taking these measures, the coke rate was decreased from 490 kg/t in 1999, to 440 kg/t in 2000, and to 403 kg/ t in 2001.
