摘要
考虑磨辊轴过盈联接设计参数的随机性,将磨辊轴过盈联接强度、辊轴强度、辊体强度三种强度的可靠度视为一个串联系统,提出了基于系统可靠度的磨辊轴过盈联接可靠性设计模型。计算结果表明,就系统可靠度和重量而言,这里给出的六种设计方案均优于二种目前广为采用的设计方案。
The three strengths,including inte rference articulation?roller and shaft for roller shaft,fo rm series systems concerning function.The three strengths condition each other.Therefore the probliem is rat ional distribution of strength.In fact,s ome design parameters,including wo rking torque interference quantiti es?modulus of elasticity and strength l imits,are random variables.The mat hematical model for reliability design for the interference articulation o f the roller shaft based on the system reliability was presented.Eight design examples are calculated.The calcul ations,with regard to system reliability and weight,indicate that the s ix projects proposed by this paper are s uperior to the other two projects whi ch are used extensively in most mills at present.
