摘要
从技术和经济等方面比较了当液体烧碱价格为纯碱的1.1～1.2倍以下时,采用烧碱部分代替纯碱生产三聚磷酸钠的可行性,提出生产中应采取措施减少隔膜法液碱中杂质对三聚磷酸钠产品质量和生产设备的影响。
The feasibility of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) production by partially replacing soda ash with caustic soda was evaluated technically and economically under the conditions of price ratio of liquid caustic soda: soda ash=1.1-1.2:1, and also given some measures to low the affects of impurities in liquid alkali on the product quality of STPP and equipments.
