摘要
首先研究了摆动从动件异向凸轮机构在基圆尺寸不变的条件下 ,凸轮曲率半径的改变与基本参数如中心距 (或者摆动初始角 )的关系 ,然后着重研究了凸轮轮廓凹弧最小曲率半径与中心距 (或摆杆初始角 )的关系 ,它有利于设计出性价比较优的凸轮机构 ,具有较好的实用价值。
For the disk cam mechanism with a oscillating follower,under the condition that the radius of the cam's base circle is not changed,we first discuss the relationship between the cam profile curvature radius and the basic parameters of the cam (such as the central distance between the cam and the osciuator).Then we focus our study on the relationship between the minimum curvature radius of concave arc of the cam profile and the central distance(or the oscillator's original oscillating degree).We finally present a method for the designing of a better cam in practical use but with lower cost.
