摘要
铝箔化成生产线计算机监控系统 ,采用上下位机通信方式 ,除实时记录现场数据、监测生产过程和提高生产管理水平外 ,还使用 PL C,PI调节及线性光耦隔离技术 ,稳定化成电压 ,提高产品质量及系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力。
The computer control system adopts fluctuate machine corresponding manner in the aluminum foil chemosynthesis product line.Besides the application of real time tracking record data on the location,the system uses PLC, PI adjusting and linear photoelectrical insulation technology to stabilize chemosynthesis voltages,and to improve the quality of products, and finally to advance systemic reliability and anti-jamming capability.
