摘要
介绍一种新型的 CCD计数器 ,它由 CCD传感器、光学系统、计算机数据采集和处理系统组成。提出了静态物品计数测量的基本原理 ,通过实验数据分析 ,找出影响测量精度的因素 ,进而给出提高测量精度的措施。
A new type of CCD calculator is introduced in this paper.This calculator is constituted of CCD sensor, the optics system,and the compute data selecting and processing system.Methods of calculating static objects and calculating the real time on line have been proposed.By the analysis of the data from the experiments,we identified the factors which affect the accuracy of the measurement,and then presented methods to improve the accuracy of the maeasurement.
