N-苯基-N’-(5-苯基-2-呋喃酰基)脲的合成与生物活性

The Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-phenyl-N'-(5-phenyl-2-furoyl) Ureas

为考察脲桥变化对活性的影响 ,通过异氰酸苯酯和取代苯基呋喃甲酰胺反应合成了 8个未见报道的N 苯基 N’ ( 5 苯基 2 呋喃酰基 )脲化合物 ,其结构均经元素分析 ,IR和1HNMR确证。测定了它们的生物活性 。

Eight novel compounds of N-phenyl-N'-(5-phenyl-2-furoyl) urea were synthesized by the reaction of phenyl isocyanate and substituted furylamide . Their structures were confirmed by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR. The test on biological activity was also carried out. The bioassay result indicated that some of them showed obviously inhibited activity on mosquito larva(80%,84% at 1×10 -5 after 72h inhibited by 1c and 1g respectively).
