摘要
在相转移催化剂存在下 ,用微波辐射快速合成氯代苯甲酸。考察了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、相转移催化剂对反应的影响。实验证明 :在 4 5 5W的微波辐射下 ,以季铵盐A 1为相转移催化剂 ,反应 3min,对氯苯甲酸、邻氯苯甲酸的产率分别达 72 .5 %和 71 .8%。
The phase transfer catalytic(PTC) synthesis of o,p-chlorobenzoic acid under microwave irradiation was reported. The effects of different factors, such as the power of microwave irradiation, the time of microwave irradiation and PTC activity, on the yields of p-chlorobenzoic acid were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were that the power of irradiation was 455W, the reaction time was 30min and the reaction underwent in neutral system, using A-1 as a PTC. The yields of o,p-chlorobenzoic acid were 72.5% and 71.8% respectively under the optimal reaction conditions.
