摘要
利用不同形态碳有不同氧化温度的特性 ,采用程序升温氧化法 ,以铂电阻丝热导池为检测器 ,以纯氧为载气和反应气 ,通过对碳纳米管 (CNTs)与其中夹杂的其它形态碳氧化后生成的二氧化碳气体谱图的测量 ,达到对CNTs纯度进行定量分析的目的。在氧化升温速度为 1 0℃ /min ,氧气流量 3 0mL/min3 5mL/min的实验条件下 ,测定用催化裂解法制备的多壁碳纳米管 (MWNTs)和单壁碳纳米管 (SWNTs)的纯度 (纯化后纯度 )分别为 98.81 %和 79.4 7%。
Based on the fact that the carbon materials with different morphology could be oxidized at different temperatures, the temperature program oxidation(TPO) method was adopted to measure the purity of carbon nanotubes using pure O 2 as a feed gas and Pt resistance thermal conductivity detector as a CO 2 detector. At the condition of oxidation speed 10℃/min and O 2 flow speed 30mL/min^35mL/min, the purity of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) and single walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) produced by CCVD was tested and analyzed separately. The purity of MWNTs is 98.81% and that of SWNTs is 79.47%.
