摘要
系统阐述了 2 0世纪以来世界和我国小麦品质及其改良的发展历程 ,指出了我国小麦品质及其改良的主要差距 。
The article has systematically elaborated the development course of the wheat quality and the improvement in China and even in the world since the 20th century, pointing out the main disparity between ourselves and the world,and showing clearly the development countermeasure.
