摘要
通过对钾细菌 UV诱变处理 ,获得了两株正变株 ,其解钾能力分别为 7.0 5 mg/ ml(K2 O)和 1 0 .2 5 mg/ ml(K2 O) ,较出发菌株提高 1 2 82 .3 5 %、1 90 9.80 %。并且通过酸碱、温度驯化 ,得到一株正抗性变异株 ,其解磷解钾能力分别是 73 .mg/ ml(P2 O5) ,4.41 mg/ ml(K2 O) ,较出发菌株分别提高 3 5 .97% ,2 5 .5 3 %。
Two high positive strains were obtained by subjecting the starting strain silicate bacterium to mutagenic agents UV,with their capabilities decomposing potassium rock were respectively 7.05mg/ml (K 2O),10.25mg/ml (K 2O),an increase of 1282.35%, 1909.80% compared with the starting strain. Continuing treatments with acid p, alkali and heating, a strain was obtained, with its capability decomposing rock phosphate and potassium is 76.63 mg/ml P 2O 5, 4.41 mg/ml K 2O respectively, an increase of 35.97%, 23.53% compared with the starting strain.
