摘要
研究了全身亚低温对缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (HIBD)新生鼠脑细胞凋亡的影响。新生大鼠吸入 8% O2 和92 % N2 混合气体建立 HIBD模型 ,3 3℃亚低温在 HIBD后即刻开始干预 6h,采用原体位末端标记技术检测脑组织中凋亡细胞数。结果表明 :亚低温能明显降低细胞凋亡数目 。
Research on the effect of subthermia on cell apoptosis of the brain of neonatal rats with hypoxia ischemic brain damage is reviewed.33℃subthermis intervenes in the model for six hours immediately after rats model was established by inhauling the mixed gases of 8% O 2 and 92% N 2.The number of apoptosis cell is tested by Terminal Deoxy Transferase Uridine Triphosphate Nick End Labeling(TUNEL).The results indicate that subthermia can significantly reduce the number of apoptosis cell,playing a protective role in hypoxia ischemic brain damage.
