当天然油脂、聚乙二醇、顺丁烯二酸酐及亚硫酸氢钠的摩尔比为 1:3.5:3:3;醇解反应、酯化反应和亚硫酸化反应的温度分别为 150℃、90℃及 75℃时制得了亚硫酸化加脂剂FP -I ,用FTIR对产物的结构进行了表征 ,同时进行了亚硫酸化加脂剂FP
The sulfited Fatliquor FP-I was prepared when molar ratio of natural oils and fats, polyethyleneglycol, maleic anhydride and sodium bisulfated(NaHSO 3) was 1:3.5:3:3 and temperature of alcoholysis, esterification and sulfiting reaction was 150 ℃, 90 ℃ and 75 ℃ respertively. The structure of the product was charactherized by Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR). The appliction test of the fatliquor was also carried out in the goatskin garment leather.
