摘要
作者首先在理论上提出一般水污染经济损失计量概念性框架,包括水污染经济损失经济学含义及其分项设置、损失计算的数学处理方法;其次,针对流域大尺度区域,基于水质-经济影响关系曲线的主要特征,构建双曲函数型水污染经济损失计量模型和参数确定方法;最后以经济发达且水污染十分严重的太湖流域为例,进行流域水污染经济损失计量模型的实践应用研究。
The conceptual frame of water pollution induced economic loss is proposed theoretically.It includes the connotation of water pollution induced economic loss,fractions of loss and mathematical method for loss calculation.Furthermore,a hyperbolic function model of calculating the economic loss and the approach to determine the model's parameters are established for river basins.The Taihu Lake basin is taken as a case to show how the model is applied.
