摘要
介绍了一种用于大功率双模杆控行波管发射机的固态浮动板调制器 ,分析了其特点和关键技术 ,针对关键技术提出了几种设计解决方案并从中选择适合本调制器工作的最佳电路。给出了电路的工作原理、电路设计及框图。这种调制技术在现代雷达发射机中具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper, a solid-state float-board modulator used in double-mode TWT transmitter is introduced. The key technology and its characteristics are analyzed. Several different solutions are presented and compared each other, and the best one is chosen. The principle of circuits and the diagrams are given in the article. This modulating technology has wide prospect in the modern radar transmitter.
