摘要
提出了一种新的保持变容二极管调频电路在高、低温环境下载频稳定的温度补偿方法。介绍了该温度补偿方法的基本原理 ,给出了电路模型 ,通过实验对实际电路进行了分析与标定。实验表明 ,该方法简洁实用 ,有很广的应用范围。
In this paper, a temperature compensation method for maintaining frequency stability of variable-capacitance diode frequency modulation circuit in high or low temperature is introduced, and the principle of which is given. The circuit model and experimental results are presented. The experimental results have demonstrated that this method is very simple and has a great application field.
