摘要
介绍了利用人机界面作为上位机,PLC 作为下位机,利用 PLC 通讯板上 RS-485口与 ABB 变频器,PLC 外设口(RS-232C)与 RKC 温控表、PLC 通讯板上 RS-232口与测径仪实现通讯的控制系统。实践证明用此方法构成的电缆护套生产线电气控制系统先进、稳定、实用性强。
In the paper,a communication method using RS232、RS485 in OMRON CPU is introduced which is made with HMI(Easyview)、PLC、ABB Inverter by RS485、RKC temperature control appearance by RS232C、 survey instrument by RS232.showed By practice,it is been certificated that the Control System is advanced、 steady and practical.
