摘要
文中针对使用阵列天线的宽带码分多址(WCDMA)系统,提出了一种新的用于定时搜索和波束形成权值计算的空时滑动相关器(STSC),利用信号的时域和空域特性,融合了空域波束形成技术,提高了接收信号的信干噪比。STSC可以有效估计多径信号的传输时延,同时捕获自适应波束形成的权值。算法具有低的运算复杂度,仿真结果表明该算法具有好的时延捕获和波束形成权值捕获性能。
A novel spatial-temporal sliding correlator (STSC) for timing acquisition and beam-forming weight computation is proposed for wide-band code division multiple access (WCDMA) systems with antenna array. Both the temporal and spatial information of the signal is exploited in the proposed STSC. The signal to noise ratio of the received signal is improved since beam-forming is incorporated in STSC. Using STSC, propagation delays of the multi-path signal can be estimated and the weights for beam-forming can be determined simultaneously. System complexity can also be reduced significantly. Simulation results show that the proposed correlator has better performance than the conventional one.
