摘要
建立了微波双口网络的S参数测量误差模型;研究了S参数测量误差修正方法;并设计了微波双口网络的S参数自动测试系统,实现了S参数的精密测量。测量结果验证了这种误差修正方法和自动测试系统的正确性。测量S参数的幅值相对误差为0.67%;相位相对误差为0.59%。
The measurement error model of microwave two-port network S parameters is set up. S parameter measurement error correcting method is investigated. An automatic system is designed to enable the precise measuring of S parameters. Experiment results have verified the effectiveness of proposed error correcting method and the automatic testing system as well. The relative amplitude measurement error of S parameters amounts to 0.67 % and relative phase error reaches 0.59 %.
