HPGeγ谱仪和峰法测量^(139)Ce活度

The determination of ^(139)Ce activity using sum-peak method with a HPGe γ spectrometer

采用对低能X射线具有高探测效率和高分辨率的HPGe探测器,用和峰法测量了139Ce溶液的比活度,测量的结果为762.9(1±0.5%)Bq/mg,,国内比对推荐值为765.9(1±0.6%)Bq/mg,二者在不确定度范围内符合得很好。

Based on HPGe detector with high efficiency and resolution for low energy Xray, we have measured the specific activity of 139Ce by sumpeak method. The result obtained is 762.9(1±0.5%)Bq/mg, which is well agreed with recommended result 765.9(1±0.6%)Bq/mg of native compared measurement in uncertainty.
